On this 20 minute helicopter tour around the Marathon area, you'll get to see the historic Pigeon Key, as well as the Sombrero Lighthouse while cruising over the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys.

It was a spur of the moment stop on my way to Key West. I stopped in to see if they could schedule me on a trip quickly...as in right now, since I was on my way to Key West to meet a friend at the airport. Justin was absolutely a sweetheart and said he could accommodate me. OMG, what a beautiful thing to do. It was probably a top highlight of my 12 day road trip. I felt safe, and Justin was full of information, and great at pointing out ocean wildlife, we saw sea turtles, dolphins, and I saw a shark (he missed it LOL). You won't regret it.

Totally worth it! Dude was super chill and pointed out some great spots to look at. We got to see manatee, shark, and rays from above and it was legit the coolest experience, especially in the Keys. Definitely worth the stop.

I bought this trip to show my daughter an aerial view of Marathon. The trip exceeded my expectations. Our pilot was knowledgeable of the area and the history of it. He was personable and professional. I would recommend this to any resident or tourist.

I wasn't sure what to expect out of a helicopter tour. Figured it was just another one of those touristy things that costs money. This was so fun and well worth it! The views were great, the ride was smooth. There was actually a lot to see from a very different perspective, some of the historical spots, cool trivia, great island homes, and sea life including rays, sharks and sea turtles! I was impressed! I think a large part of it was Justin our pilot who was laid back, informative and fun.Now my wife thinks I should learn to fly!

My husband and I did the Sunset Tour. It was lovely, even though the sun stayed hidden behind the clouds. I'm so glad we included this in our first vacation to the Keys. We'll definitely do a longer flight next time!

The tour was awesome, so was our pilot!! When we arrived he was already waiting for us. Everything was well prepared and after some short safety instructions we directly took off. During the flight we were explained and shown literally the entire area. It was so much fun!! We definitely will be back.

Discovery Tour was breathtaking! Shortest of the tours, but zero complaints. Made me certain that spending more for the longer tours would be 100% worth it. Perfect for young kids as well. Pilot (Jason, I think?) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my chatty daughter’s questions lol. She was really nervous, but he helped her relax and enjoy it. Discount for first responders and military. If you want to experience the waters of the Keys from a unique viewpoint, but don’t want to spend tons of money, you can’t go wrong with Ultimate Helicopter Tours Discovery Tour. Will book a tour with them every time we’re in the Keys! Longer tour next time! Oh, and we went on a (slightly windy, but otherwise beautiful) Saturday, and were able to book, and fly within a couple hours. Excellent availability! Zero issues booking.

Decided on spur of the moment to take a helicopter ride. Googled and Ultimate HeliTours came up. My husband called and talked to Justin. He gave a break down of prices and recommendations. Our pilot, Justin, was very professional, fun, and informative! Great ride and he turned around a few times to make sure we both seen the sharks, dolphins, rays, and turtles!! Spend the money, it is so worth it! We did a 45 minute tour, Justin made a custom tour to the specific places we wanted to see, and he made sure we could see the rays, sharks and manatees. He explained the history and was very informative. It was a wonderful experience. The colors are amazing from the air!

Everything in the Keys is killer expensive - especially for what you get. This place is a notable exception. Hands down the best money we spent in our time here. Our pilot was great, the views were tremendous, and everyone involved was friendly as could be. Don't be put off by the price of the longer tours. They are worth every penny. Thanks again!

We had two flights. My one son and his girlfriend and my other son and me.We have been in Marathon now fora couple years and I cant believe i haven't done the ride before this. The ride was totally awesome and i would highly recommend to everyone to give it a try. I felt so safe and had a great time.What a way to see Marathon and the water. My wife and I are on vacation near Marathon FL. Drove past the sign and decided to try it out. One of the highlights of our trip. Our pilot Cody was fantastic. The flight was super smooth as were the takeoff and landing. Saw lots of turtles, dolphins and sharks. Cody pointed out several landmarks and general information. If you are in the area I highly recommend taking a helicopter tour with Old City Helicopters.
